In conjunction with her residency with Tamarind Institute, artist Judy Chicago will take part in a public conversation with curator Merry Scully.
Judy Chicago is an artist, writer, feminist, educator, and intellectual whose career spans five decades. The Dinner Party, a monumental multimedia work created between 1974-1979 with hundreds of volunteers, brought international recognition to her work and the history of women that she champions.
Merry Scully is Head of Curatorial Affairs, Curator of Contemporary Art at the New Mexico Museum of Art in Santa Fe.
